Abbotsford, BC – With housing markets soaring all over Canada, David Tsen of Sutton Group West Coast Realty is the top ranked real estate agent in Abbotsford for 2021. Tsen took the top spot over 56 other local realtors. He earned 38 reviews in 2021 to win the top rated Realtor spot for the 3rd straight year! He’s also ranked in the top 100 in Canada.

Rate-My-Agent.com analyzes all the ratings and reviews on the site annually to compile a list of the Top Real Estate Agents in Abbotsford. The rankings are determined by the reviews each agent received in 2021. Rate-My-Agent.com verifies all the reviews and throws out thousands of fake reviews. Buyers and sellers will find negative and positive reviews on the site so they can tell which agents to avoid and which agents will be a good fit.

“Unlike other agent ranking sites, agents can’t pay to have negative reviews removed or hidden and cannot pay to be included on the list of top-rated agents,” said a representative for Rate-My-Agent.com.

The company won’t disclose exactly how it verifies reviews “to protect the integrity of the process,” but it says “there have been many attempts by agents to game the system and rankings, which is why we keep our algorithms a closely held secret.” The company even penalizes agents caught cheating. “It’s not fair to the agents who earn their reviews honestly, so we implemented a penalty system,” said the representative. This year, 14 agents were penalized.

The list is published annually based on that year’s verified reviews.

Rate-My-Agent.com is a rating and review website for real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and insurance agents. It’s free for the general public and real estate professionals. The company pledges 50% of profit to worthy causes. In 2021, Rate-My-Agent.com pledged over $100,000 to charities working to prevent and end youth homelessness.

I reached out to David after doing my fair share of research: I based my selection on the reviews I have read, a 5.0 rating from over 300 reviews was a promising indication. We have bought multiple properties but we used David to list a property for the first time. He was patient and thorough from start to finish. Buying and/or selling can be a nightmare! We have had the exact opposite in our experience with David. He has worked above and beyond to get us our forever home and sold our current home without any issues. It went so smoothly, my husband and I still can't believe it. I've been through the process a couple times with a few different agents, trying finding a perfect space to call home. Extremely easy to say, the experience I've had with David is second to none. He is very involved in the whole process from beginning to end. It's clear, he really sincerely cares about his clients and he is truly passionate about what he does. He made the buying process a breeze, and actually an enjoyable experience. He was always in constant contact with with me and sending me new listings, always there to answer any questions, while never being pushy or impatient in any way, in fact, just the opposite. He was very insistent on viewing as many places as possible, because when, "you find the one, you will just know. Don't rush it". I took his advice and we left no stone unturned. After viewing many places, we found a place I'm happy to call home. Couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome and that I choose him as my agent. I will be recommending highly to everybody.
